Orders

An online submission is an order request. EnergyX Egypt confirms stock, technical compatibility, delivery timing, and payment before the order becomes final. We may contact you when information is incomplete or a product is unavailable.

Prices and payment

The server verifies product prices when the order is submitted. Delivery is calculated from the selected governorate. Applicable tax is included where stated. Available methods are cash on delivery and invoice or bank transfer; never send card details through a message or email.

Product selection

Industrial power and automation equipment may require technical review. The customer is responsible for providing accurate ratings, model requirements, site conditions, and delivery information. Installation or commissioning is included only when expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery

Displayed delivery timing is an estimate and begins after order confirmation. Delays caused by stock, manufacturer lead time, access restrictions, or events outside reasonable control will be communicated as soon as possible.

Returns and warranty

Returns, defective products, and exclusions are handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy, the confirmed product warranty, and applicable Egyptian law.

Website use

Product information is provided in good faith and may be updated. Brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit fraudulent orders.
