  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  • Securely package the item, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with your purchase.

3. Shipping and Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  • EnergyX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
